DIY Landscaping with a Pro

Create the Outdoor Space of Your Dreams
with guidance from our professionals

Everything You need to do it yourself

Kevin will visit your home to learn about what’s important to you in your outdoor area. He’ll use your vision to create a plan- taking into account water management, yard topography, and functional use of the space.

Once back at the office, Kevin will create a custom PDF booklet with your plan including:

  • Elevation design
  • Materials list- supplies and plants
  • Detailed installation instructions for beds and plants
  • Maintenance tips

We’ll pack up the materials you need for creating your landscaping beds and deliver them to your home. (Delivery package only)

When your flora is in stock and your beds are complete, Kevin will bring your live plants over. He’ll place them on the beds so you know exactly where to plant them. (Delivery package only)

We understand that questions can come up when you’re completing large projects. That’s why we’ve included 3 months of email support so you can get the assistance you need.

Plus, Get 10% Off!

We've included a year-long Grass Roots discount as part of the package.

DIY just became even more appealing.

"After the completion of our home, we were looking for a cost-effective way to finish the front of our home with the landscaping. Kevin with Custom Creations hit the nail on the head with his design! From the shape, plants, variety, aesthetic that we were going for, etc...It was exactly what we wanted."

"I love working with experts in their field who are passionate about their work. Kevin, Rachel (and her mighty machines), Dave and you are all that and more. I came looking for a fire pit and help with an overgrown boxwood hedge. I received so much more.
Kevin’s plan and months of patient guidance helped me transform the backyard into a gathering place for our entire family. Healthy plants, quality materials and tools, professional guidance … and new-found friends made all the difference."

What our customers say

I cannot imagine what we would have come up with on our own, but I know it wouldn't be as spectacular as Kevin's design. We plan to use their services for the next phase which is the backyard. I would recommend them without reservation.
Dennis & Judy Walker
It's just a lot more professional looking than it would have been if I designed it. I have done quite a bit of landscaping installation but not much design and I didn't know which plants would work best.for the area, direction, and light. Also he advised on size of plant for the area which was very helpful.

Watering Tips

  • Our watering advice is based on plants living in a 72 degree house. Porch life or humidity could have an impact on its watering needs.
  • Always use tepid water for watering your houseplants.
  • Broadleaf plants need less water in fall and winter, but you should never allow the soil to completely dry out.
